Dominic Verhulst
Dominic Verhulst (born in 1964) is a Belgian photographer currently based in Berlin and Los Angeles. He studied photography for five years in Belgium and has participated in numerous international workshops. Over the course of his 38-year career, his primary focus has been architectural photography, reportage, and documentary photography for both corporate and editorial magazines. He worked as a photographer for The Financial Times (De Tijd – L’Echo) in Belgium and Los Angeles for ten years. His work has taken him to more than 80 countries worldwide. Since 2019, he has been teaching workshops in architectural, reportage, and documentary photography at the Leica Akademie in Germany. He is a member of the ID Photo Agency in Belgium, the Deutsche Presse Verband in Germany, and the foreign press centers of the U.S. Department of State in Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and New York.
